Hair Stylist - Spa & Salon - Park MGM

THE JOB:

As a Hair Stylist at Park MGM, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique  stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their  stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Provide services including but not limited to haircuts, blowouts, updos, extensions and chemical services with the ability to produce both a creative and technically accurate visual presentation per treatment and department protocol
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and be informed of the latest trends and techniques
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One (1) year of Hair Stylist experience.
• One (1) year of guest service experience.
• Experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting.
