Job Summary

Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our transportation team.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Safely and efficiently move trailers throughout the yard, and back up trailers to bay doors for loading as directed by Supervisor.
• Requires working outdoors, in inclement weather conditions.
• Requires a CDL – Class A; great opportunity for training with clean driving record.
• Will be required to drive short distances for trailer transfers.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have a Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one.
• Must have verifiable employment or explanation for unemployment for the last 10 years.
• Prefer minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be registered with the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and must provide electronic consent.
• Drivers must have a positive, friendly attitude, and possess great customer service skills.
• Use state of the art equipment, tools, and technology.
• Highly competitive pay.
