Key Responsibilities:

1. Basic Maintenance: Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks, efficiently and accurately.
2. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify and communicate any additional service needs to customers and service advisors.
3. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns and providing outstanding service.
4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a smooth workflow within the service department.
5. Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
