Senior Manager – Group Treasury

Working closely with the SVP of Tax & Treasury there is the unique opportunity to be involved in the set-up of AutoStore’s group treasury department, group policy and procedures. Responsible for day to day liquidity management with the opportunity to implement an FX risk management process for the group. Working closely with the banks and managing bank relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Centralising cash and managing subsidiary liquidity needs with a regular cadence (including use of multicurrency pool)
- Managing RCF draw downs and repayments with a regular cadence
- Using short term deposits and money market funds when appropriate as part of a strategy to minimise group interest costs
- Maintaining intra-group loan documentation
- Liaising with the group tax department regarding payment and clearances for reduced withholding tax
- Monitoring debt covenants and treasury KPI’s
- Drafting quarterly compliance certificates
- Reporting of FX exposures in the group with a view to moving towards FX hedging
- Potentially assisting with implementation of a treasury management system
- Assisting with treasury aspects of an ERP implementation
- Assistance with RFP’s for cash management across the group
- Assisting with future refinancing
Qualifications we are looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a treasury department of an international group
- A finance or treasury qualification preferred
- Bachelors or masters within finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Understanding of the treasury accounting and understanding of treasury risks and importance of accuracy and timeliness
- Experience of using a TMS and FX dealing platform preferred
- Ability to extract and understand ERP data
- Highly numerate, good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience of data processing tools such as Alteryx or Power BI would be useful but not essential
- Good communication skills and ability to present information clearly
