Contract Administrator – Business Intelligence and Performance Improvement – Columbia

Responsible for processing invoices, reconciling, and preparing financial reports for the Division of Community and Population Health. Financial tracking and monitoring of various funding sources including grants and contracts against Hospital and University accounting reports and statements. Ensures that charges to the Hospital and University accounts correspond to funding budgets and grant award amounts. Maintain OTPS and salary databases to facilitate the tracking of expenditures and generate monthly tracking reports. Obtains needed documentation from various hospital departments such as payroll and purchasing to append to the reports. Prepares and maintains timely spreadsheets detailing expenditures of all Hospital special fund accounts to facilitate their reconciliation against accounting reports.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree in business administration

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospital related finance experience
