The Capital Markets Technology - Scrum Master - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
As a valued colleague on our team, you will help provide oversight for the Scrum process and product lifecycle. You will understand and use Agile methodologies, as well as define product scope and goals.

  • Utilize the Scrum process and Agile practices.
  • Maintain and ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.
  • Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.
  • Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required Experience

•    2+ years leading Agile Scrum teams

Preferred Experience

•    Bachelor degree or equivalent
•    3+ years of Agile Software Development experience in financial industry, with experience/ knowledge of key agile techniques including SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, Lean, XP and other industry best practices 
•    Scrum Master Certified: CSM and/or CSP-SM
•    SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
•    Experience in implementing agile processes within a large organization
•    Experience working at an organization going through an Agile transformation
•    Experience with Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)
•    Experience as the hands-on Scrum Master, Release Train engineer (RTE), Agile process coach in a program/portfolio
•    Experience with facilitating scrum ceremonies for the teams (S1, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo)
•    Experience with facilitating the discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development work or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve desired functionality.
•    Experience in coaching/teaching team members on use of agile techniques. Directly observing team activities, guides them through Agile discovery and learning and helps raise and solve impediments, risks. 
•    Experience in promoting the agile mindset in agile teams. Challenging and removing organizational and cultural impediments, constantly guiding teams in discovery and learning. 
•    Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluent, Mural, White Board, MsTeam, Excel for planning and tracking work performed by teams and produces key metrics, presentations

  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
  • The group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to
