Customer Service Representative

We are a dynamic and constantly growing company. As a result, we are looking for a high motivated Customer Service Rep (f/m/d). You will have to provide front-line support for customer inquiries. You will serve as the in-house resource for the sales operations as well.

What You'll Work On

• Respond to customer inquiries by taking and processing customers’ orders
• Utilize company systems and processes (SAP) to enter sales orders, conto visione orders and consignment replacements, confirm inventory availability, develop customized defaults for each customer
• Process Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
• File customer complaints
• Maintain excellent customer relations
• Manage Travel Stock program, ensuring compliance with Quality System
• Maintain customer databases

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Business, Marketing or related field. High School graduate with previous Customer Service, Sales or other relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills required, particularly telephone skills
• Competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and SAP or similar ERP system.
• Good level of written and spoken English
