Location: Remote, with the possibility of up to 25% travel - This position may be performed remotely from NE states ( NJ & PA preferred ) where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $140- $210k. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 20% Bonus Target.
Employment Logistics:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruiting and onboarding efforts across multiple states for Sort Centers and Branches. This strategic role combines hands-on leadership with remote team management, ensuring seamless hiring processes and compliance. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, RPO/MSP partners, and operational leaders to deliver top talent and exceptional onboarding experiences.

The Must-Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of HR experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
• 3+ years managing a recruiting or talent acquisition team (remote leadership experience a plus)
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and HR systems
• Ability to travel up to 20%

• Lead regional recruiting strategy: Develop and manage processes to attract, retain, and build a strong talent pipeline in partnership with RPO/MSP.
• Drive operational excellence: Monitor recruiting metrics, resolve challenges, and streamline communication between operations and talent acquisition teams.
• Coach and develop your team: Set goals, track performance, and provide training to ensure compliance and exceptional onboarding experiences.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy: Oversee onboarding systems, background checks, I-9 compliance, and HR recordkeeping aligned with DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC standards.
• Partner for success: Act as a strategic liaison with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and provide creative solutions for timely staffing.
• Champion best practices: Educate hiring managers on recruitment guidelines, interviewing, and applicant screening while promoting employment branding.
• Engage in continuous improvement: Provide reporting, status updates, and insights to leadership while driving process enhancements.
