Our partner is hiring an Executive Director of Workforce Development in Long Beach, CA.

Role Overview:

• Lead the Workforce Development Bureau within the Economic Development Department.
• Connect adults, youth, and businesses to job opportunities and skilled workers.
• Report to the Director of Economic Development.
• Manage three direct reports, 43 total staff, and a budget of $11 million.
• Ensure operations align with the vision of becoming a leading international city and talent hub.

• Guide educational initiatives from K-12 to career transitions.

Benefits
