Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm and be on the weekend rotation list, which is one weekend a month

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs

- Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

- Assist in the installation and maintenance of building fixtures and equipment

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently

- Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

- Computer skills are needed for answering work orders and documentation
