Medical Affairs Specialist

Principali responsabilità: 

- sviluppare al meglio i rapporti di lavoro con le parti interessate, in particolare i principali opinion leader

- presenziare a riunioni e congressi esterni per conto dell'azienda; 

• Sostenere le partnership informative e formative con i principali opinion leader.

• Essere un esperto del prodotto e delle dinamiche del mondo oculistico, supportando il marketing, le vendite nel raggiungimento dei loro obiettivi.

• identificare le esigenze di formazione e offrire soluzioni personalizzate dal livello base a quello avanzato di applicazione.

• Condurre visite sul campo per  promuovere la penetrazione nella classe medica, concentrarsi sull'aggiornamento/espansione della tecnologia concorrenziale esistente.

Fornire un feedback sulle attività della concorrenza

Laurea con un solido background in oftalmologia 

- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di trasferire le informazioni. 

- Personalità proattiva ed estroversa con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione. Approccio empatico ma determinato

- Orientamento al cliente e alla risoluzione dei problemi 

- Impegno e spirito di iniziativa

- Padronanza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
