Junior Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Junior Delivery Manager to join our Predelivery Project Management team. This role focuses on supporting the launch and execution of small-scale, resource- and budget-oriented projects, working closely with multiple internal teams and stakeholders across different countries.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can efficiently switch between contexts, and takes full ownership of their tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be:
supporting the end-to-end project initiation process, from project setup to execution and closure,
coordinating resource planning and staffing, including searching for suitable candidates and working closely with resourcing managers,
managing and coordinating project onboarding, ensuring smooth cooperation between clients, teams, and internal stakeholders,
collaborating with sales, delivery, and resourcing teams on project estimations, pricing, and budget tracking,
preparing and maintaining project documentation, contracts, and internal materials related to project launch,
working closely with ongoing projects by supporting delivery activities, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy,
handling invoicing, reporting, and billing support, including preparation of invoices and financial reports,
monitoring project data in internal and client systems, ensuring high data quality and consistency,
supporting processes related to project governance, standards, and continuous improvement,
cooperating with multicultural and cross-functional teams, often working on several initiatives simultaneously,
acting independently, proactively identifying risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
experience in IT project management within an outsourcing environment in a global company,
good organization of work, with attention to details,
accuracy and conscientiousness,
independence in action with a proactive and problem-solving mindset,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
a customer-oriented approach, ensuring professional interactions with external and internal stakeholders,
willingness to learn,
fluency in Polish and English.
Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
