Job Description
This position reports to the Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis and supports key workstreams associated with AbbVie’s Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors (BOD) & Executive Leadership Team (ELT) packages, Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Metrics, and Entity Plan. This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership through the CFO. .
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional Finance stakeholders to plan, track, and analyze AbbVie’s Cash Conversion Cycle metrics (i.e., DPO, DSO, DOH) for monthly reviews, Plan, LBEs and LRP
- Assist with producing key analytics for BOD, ELT, Leadership Forum and other management packages
- Prepare quarterly earnings package used by AbbVie Executives / Investor Relations during earnings calls
- Collaborate with Investor Relations to produce analytics that inform LBEs, Quarterly Flash, LRP, Plan and BOD package publications
- Support Associate Director, Entity Planning with entity forecast consolidation and modeling for Plan / LBE / LRP, including Intercompany Reconciliations, Deferred Margin analysis and Performance vs Entity reconciliation
- Compile a comprehensive monthly Executive Goal Grading Reporting Package
- Support Director, Entity and Financial Planning & Analysis in driving high visibility special project(s)
- Ad-hoc analysis (e.g. P&L profiles, Growth Metrics, R&D Analytics, peer comparison) as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
