Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.

 

We are hiring for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background and significant experience in managing ERP systems. Familiarity with Infor ERP is desirable, but we also welcome candidates with substantial healthcare or ERP expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. They should understand business processes and their alignment with ERP systems. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Product Manager will oversee multiple teams, ensuring seamless application development, and maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Leadership and Team Development:

• • Provide leadership and develop direct reports.
  • Mentor team members and ensure professional development.
  • Make staffing decisions

 

Product Design and Optimization:

• • Provide high-level input on product design and optimization.
  • Manage product infrastructure, monitor performance, and gather user requirements.

Client Service and Communication:

Development and Integration:

• Define and execute the Infor ERP development and integration strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and integration specialists.
• Oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions.

 

Compliance and Performance Monitoring:
