Our assets include the Seaport neighborhood in Lower Manhattan and the Las Vegas Aviators® Triple-A Minor League Baseball team and Las Vegas Ballpark, as well as the company's ownership stake in Jean-Georges Restaurants and its interest in the air rights above the Fashion Show Mall, which may be used to create a new casino and hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
Summer Intern
About the Program
We’re looking for passionate, energetic interns to join us this summer for our 10-week Internship Program based in New York! During the application process, you’ll choose your top three fields of interest:
Financial Analysis
Accounting
Events
Operations
Legal
Strategic Partnerships
Culinary Operations
Hospitality Management.
Each selected intern will then be matched with a department that aligns with their interests and experience.
What You Will Do
Along with hands-on experience and exposure to the entertainment and hospitality industry, interns will have the opportunity to learn from company leaders, enjoy all The Seaport has to offer, and participate in career development sessions designed to prepare you for the next stage of your career.
About You
This program is open to rising juniors, rising seniors, and those who have graduated in the past 12-months. Current law school students are also eligible for our Legal Intern position.
Prior internship experience and/or relevant coursework preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in-person at our New York City office Mondays through Thursdays
We will reach out to qualified candidates to schedule a first-round virtual interview with a recruiter. If you’re selected to move forward, you will interview with another member of our Human Resources team before potentially interviewing with the Hiring Manager. We will contact selected candidates to extend an offer.
Compensation: $17 per hour
