Senior Business Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Person in this role must be a hightly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Business Analyst. This person will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify opportunities fo rimprovement, and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsobilities:
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs, focusing on improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, IT, and Business Operations, to understand business needs and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
Lend Telecommunications expertise to business and IT teams, somethimes helping them better understand the complexities of enterprise-grade products.
Work closely with the IT department to develop and implement new systems and process.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stay current with industry trends and developments.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in telecommunications;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Strong business acumen, with experience in financial analysis and budgeting;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools;
• Strong SQL skills;
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years in the Telecommunications field;
• 5+ years in Leadership roles;
• Experience as a Data Analyst;
• Experience with agile product management methodologies.
