Electrical/Electronic Technician

Job Summary:

As an Electrical/Electronic Technician, you will be servicing, repairing and building PCBs, Electronic Cabinets, and various equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Test, troubleshoot, calibrate, & repair PCBs and equipment.
• Assemble electrical power distribution boxes and cabinets.
• Assemble electrical supply rack mount distributions.
• Build and test electrical cable assemblies.
• Install, configure, and test proprietary software.
• Configure, setup, and test small computer systems.
• Maintenance and calibration of all shop equipment.
• Participate in the team weekly safety program.

Qualifications:

• Must have some electrical and electronic work experience.
• Must be able to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics.
• Knowledge in PCB testing, repair and calibration.
• Proven skills in soldering on circuit boards with surface mounted components.
• Must be able to use and understand various test equipment such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Current Meters, etc.
• Knowledge of various Windows Operating Systems such as Win XP, Win 7, Win 10.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Knowledge of oil field equipment is a plus.
