<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>We're a leading national surgical physician group serving nursing homes nationwide, and we're growing fast. Now, we're looking for an organized, eager, and driven Healthcare Administrative Assistant with a focus on healthcare marketing to help us grow our organization and manage key administrative and outreach functions.</p> <p>In this role, you'll serve as a critical marketing partner – driving our marketing initiatives, including digital presence, physician recruitment campaigns, and brand consistency. If you understand healthcare operations, have a passion for marketing, and want to do meaningful work in a clinical setting, this is the role for you.</p> <p>You'll work closely with our leadership, recruitment, and clinical teams and have real input into how we operate and show up in the market. Every day will bring something new - and that's exactly how we like it.</p> <p><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Plan and execute healthcare marketing initiatives that support physician recruitment, brand awareness, and organizational growth.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and maintain a consistent presence across digital platforms - including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - aligned with our brand voice and compliance standards.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Create and source engaging content including graphics, short-form video, and copy tailored to a healthcare audience.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Write clear, on-brand materials that communicate our value proposition to physicians, partners, and the communities we serve.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the recruitment team by developing marketing content that attracts and connects with physicians nationwide.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist at company events and physician retreats to capture content and document key moments.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.</p> <p><br><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Organized and detail-oriented - you can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Someone with 0-2 years of experience in healthcare administration, healthcare marketing, or a related field, with examples of past work or coursework.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledgeable about healthcare operations and the unique regulatory and ethical considerations of marketing within a clinical or medical setting.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiar with digital marketi
