Technical Client Success Manager

The Opportunity<br/>We are looking for a Technical Client Success Manager to help our existing customers and partners leverage the full power of Thunkable. In this role, you will be working hand-in-hand with our clients, enabling them to create and publish custom mobile apps and maximize the value they achieve with Thunkable. In additional to working directly with clients throughout their journey with Thunkable, you will share insights from client interactions with other teams to improve the overall experience for all Thunkable customers. The role will encompass developing and optimizing client onboarding programs, facilitating trainings and workshops with clients, providing strategic consulting to help clients reach and exceed their goals with Thunkable,  What you’ll do<br/>- Develop, optimize, and deliver client onboarding programs for all B2B segments- Provide strategic consulting with clients on how they can reach their business objectives and maximize value with Thunkable- Be a product expert in Thunkable in order to provide best-in-class training, education, consultation, and technical guidance to clients on Thunkable and mobile app development best practices- Proactively explore and drive expansion opportunities when Thunkable can offer greater value for clients- Engage with multiple client stakeholders within an organization to garner support for expansion opportunities and renewals- Lead clients through the renewal process, optimizing for increasing net revenue retention through mitigating contraction and churn and increasing expansions- Create remixable Thunkable templates whenever possible that can be used by other Thunkable clients and creators- Provide sound recommendations about the platform and 3rd party integrations, while providing a clear understanding of those relationships and how they will work specifically for clients’ needs- Ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable and maintainable- Continuously gather feedback to improve our platform and offerings<br/>What you’ll need - <u>Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development principles</u>; preferably with a computer science degree and/or experience with one or more programming languages/frameworks (e.g., Javascript, HTML, CSS, React Native, Python, SQL, etc.)- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably for technical B2B SaaS product- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong business acumen, with the ability to consult with clients on achieving desired, measurable outcomes- A problem solver with autonomous motivation and creative-thinking, looking to push the limits on what’s possible - Inspiring presentation skills that will help clients, customers, and stakeholders feel ready to take on app development for themselves<br/>Life at Thunkable<br/>Thunkable is on a mission to democratize app development and empower everyone to build without writing a single line of code.
