Summary of Duties

As a Learning & Development Unit Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the Organizational & Professional Development Unit, including supervising staff, overseeing workflows, and ensuring alignment with agency goals and values.
• Develop and execute long-range strategies for agency-wide training and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with ODHS leadership to design and implement learning initiatives that support organizational priorities, such as Equity North Star, RiSE, and Trauma Aware.
• Evaluate and improve business processes, training systems, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Oversee training design, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with ODHS and enterprise competency models and standards.
• Monitor and assess return-on-investment for training programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
