Position Summary
The Beachside & Food Truck Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service with genuine hospitality. This role ensures each guest enjoys a seamless, anticipatory dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately take food and beverage orders through suggestive selling and properly enter all items in the POS system under correct seat numbers.
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu offerings, including bar selections.
• Demonstrate anticipatory service and genuine concern for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain tables throughout the dining experience to ensure effortless service flow.
• Present checks accurately and process payments according to established procedures.
• Assist guests promptly without disrupting other dining experiences.
• Guide members and guests through their dining journey with consistent communication.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review daily specials and operational updates.
• Complete all side work before opening and closing duties before end of shift.
• Submit check-out to Manager on Duty at shift completion.
• Attend all required trainings, safety courses, and departmental meetings.
• Report safety hazards and assist in maintaining a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
Professional Standards
• Follow company grooming and hygiene policies.
• Arrive in proper uniform — crisp, clean, and in good repair.
• Hair must be neat and styled appropriately; management reserves final approval.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
