Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to incoming leads from innovative Facebook and Google advertising campaigns, ensuring no opportunity is missed
• Engage potential patients through multiple channels including phone, text, and email, providing personalized communication to address their dental care needs
• Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments for free exams, X-rays, and consultations, maximizing the practice’s patient acquisition efforts
• Manage and nurture a substantial database of existing leads, implementing strategic follow-up processes to re-engage potential patients
• Utilize the advanced Go High Level CRM system to efficiently track, manage, and analyze lead data, contributing to the practice’s data-driven approach
• Conduct all patient interactions with the highest level of professionalism and empathy, seamlessly switching between English and Spanish as needed
• Uphold strict HIPAA compliance standards in all patient communications and data handling, ensuring the utmost privacy and security

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
