For more information</span>, click <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhsbOsBiX_M" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><p></p><p><b>Role reports to:</b></p>EMEA Source to Contract Senior Manager<p></p><p><b>Location:</b></p>Europe/Middle East/Africa, Czechia, Prague, Prague<p></p><p><b>Work Location:</b></p>Hybrid<p></p><p><b><span>What you will do</span></b></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><p>As a <b>Senior Sourcing Specialist – MRO &amp; Facilities </b> you will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies and contracting activities for a diverse set of indirect categories including <b>MRO (Maintenance, Repair &amp; Operations), Facility Management Services, and smaller Capital Investments</b> <span>(non-strategic/low-medium</span> complexity).</p><p>You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, engineering, and operations, as well as with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective solutions.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead sourcing and contracting activities for <b>MRO, Facility Services (e.g. cleaning, HVAC, landscaping)</b> and <b>small Capex projects</b> (e.g. equipment upgrades, minor refurbishments).</li><li>Manage RFx processes and analyze supplier proposals.</li><li>Support negotiations and contract execution with Legal and Finance.</li><li>Maintain vendor data and oversee contract lifecycle management.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and compliance to KPIs and service levels.</li><li>Support regional procurement and category strategies through market research and stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with local site leads, engineering, and maintenance teams to align business needs with sourcing initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <b>Business, Supply Chain, Engineering</b>, or a related field.</li><li><b>2-3 years of experience</b> in procurement, sourcing, or related roles (including R2P, legal, finance, or plant/facility coordination).</li><li>Fluent in <b>English</b>, written and spoken.</li><li>Comfortable using <b>Microsoft Office</b>, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul><p><b>Desired Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience sourcing <b>indirect categories</b>, especially <b>facilities, utilities, or maintenance services</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>small-scale Capex procurement</b>.</li><li>Exposure to <b>contract templates</b>, supplier evaluation tools, and procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa).</li><li>Second European language proficiency.</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills</b></p><ul><li>Strong negotiation and analytical skills.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.</li><li>Collaborative and effective in cross-functional settings.</li><li>High attention to detail and process discipline.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>If you are an individual with a disability, please check our <a href="https://www.kenvue.com/careers-contact-us" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Disability Assistance page</a> for information on how to request an accommodation.</p>
