Senior Media Specialist (Video Producer)
We’re looking for a versatile and collaborative Video Producer to join our internal marketing team. This role supports creative storytelling from pre-production through post-production across a wide range of video content—from thought leadership and internal communications to client-facing pieces. You'll work closely with the Brand, Content, and Enterprise teams, ensuring videos are both strategic and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Production

• Collaborate on concepts, scripts, and storyboards that bring messaging to life.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to clarify goals and translate briefs into actionable video plans.

Production

• Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during both in-person and remote shoots.
• Manage small-scale shoots independently when needed, including travel support if required.

Post-Production

• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, with intermediate usage of After Effects and Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Illustrator.
• Adapt long-form content into social-media-ready formats (varied aspect ratios, time constraints).
• Ensure final outputs align with branding, messaging, and accessibility standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in video production (in-house, agency, or freelance).
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
• Able to manage projects independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with collaborative platforms such as Monday.com.
• Experience writing scripts or developing content in early project phases.
• Photography skills and light photo editing experience.
• Familiarity with brand/comms standards in an internal marketing or corporate environment.
