<p>Job Code: 20410.Senior Consultant.IC2</p> <p>1 French/English bilingual ICs: Expected start date May/June</p> <p><strong>What you'll bring </strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience with the Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or similar F&amp;B Point-of-Sale software products.</li> <li>Hospitality industry experience in a supervisory or management role.</li> <li>Tertiary qualification in a Technical or Hospitality Management field</li> <li>Knowledge of manual Food &amp; Beverage procedures.</li> <li>Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle 12c Database Server is preferred.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PC’s and troubleshooting techniques.</li> <li>Desirable:</li> <li>Previous experience as a trainer/consultant.</li> <li>MCSE and OCP certifications.</li> <li>Professional Skills:</li> <li>Analytical problem solving skills.</li> <li>Project Management skills.</li> <li>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Superior communication skills, written and verbal.</li> <li>Fluency in English.</li> </ul> <p> <br/>Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability &amp; credibility to work effectively with the client at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Proven ability to work unsupervised or as a team member of both the local office team and wider company teams.</li> <li>Creative thinking abilities so experiences and knowledge may be used to create new ideas and think 'outside the box’.</li> <li>A self-starter with initiative, drive and strong desire to succeed.</li> <li>Ability to work under stress.</li> <li>Flexibility with people, time and shifts.</li> <li>SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS</li> <li>Able to work overtime and public holidays as requested.</li> <li>Able to work in shifts.</li> <li> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Install and configure the Oracle Hospitality F&amp;B product suite.</li> <li>Train the application software with a demonstrated understanding of current food &amp; beverage management techniques.</li> <li>Impart specific knowledge related to restaurant operating procedures.</li> <li>Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and procedures.</li> <li>Work with the My Oracle Support (MOS) global support system and Support organization on escalating client issues.</li> <li>Work with the customer and the broader Oracle Hospitality F&amp;B team to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.</li> <li>Necessary SQL and technical skills; Active participation in online education and product training courses; Participate in quality assurance of new product and/or version release software when required.</li> <li>Submit timely and accurate project status and other required reporting via current communication method.</li> <li> </li> </ul> <p> </p><p>Career Level - IC2</p> <p>Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.</p> <p></p> <p>As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s problems.
