Based in West Hartford CT, Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls is a leading independent aerospace system supplier for the commercial and military helicopter and business jet markets and employs approximately 500 employees. The Company’s key products and services include electronic engine controls, fuel metering units, main fuel pumps and environmental control systems for both the OE and aftermarket/spares end markets.

Position

We have an exciting exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator.  The Contract Administrator is primarily responsible for order entry, order management, and maintenance for all incoming customer purchase orders into our JDE OneWorld ERP system to drive the fulfillment of our customer’s OE and Spares order value streams.  This role serves as the primary interface to our commercial, military, domestic, and international customers. A viable candidate would possess superior data entry skills, customer service skills, and the ability to perform and produce quality work output in a fast-paced environment with a steadfast positive attitude. 
 

Responsibilities

•Data Entry:   Perform entry and maintenance of incoming customer orders into the JDE OneWorld ERP system in a complete, timely and accurate manner.
•Customer Service:  Maintain professional, effective, and timely oral and written communications with external and internal customers.  
•Credit and Collections assistance.
•Provide order status reports to customers.
•Administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

•Data Entry
•Experience using MS Office products required.
•Experience using MRP system.
•Strong customer service skills, strong business acumen, strong written, and verbal communication, and positive attitude required.
•Willingness to help where needed/flexibility.
•High volume quoting and contract award environment, requires a fast-paced, multi-tasker with strong organization skills.
