About the role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager/Owner in our Global Payments & Liquidity Management group that delivers treasury management services for business customers. This role sits within the Information & Data Solutions (I&DS) organization, which manages the development and infrastructure for reporting and data products supporting the $3B/year Treasury Management business. The team drives initiatives for payments, reporting, receivables, account, and liquidity solutions.

You will partner with technology, product, risk, and digital teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure successful application development, testing, and deployment. You’ll maintain a productive backlog, resolve development blockers, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for coordinating with sales, service, operations, and implementation teams to ensure product launch readiness and timely delivery of upgrades.


In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis
  • Establish requirements collaboratively with other product SMEs and stakeholders, and distill those requirements in concise, easy to understand user stories with clear, detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Lead cross functional product development efforts that may require multiple, cross-domain, development teams
  • Collaborate with design resources to support intuitive, responsive design practices that adhere to ADA guidelines
  • Partner with product and development teams to deliver value adding products and services to Treasury Management customers
  • Collaborate with implementation, service, and operations teams to ensure product related processes are documented and operate smoothly.
  • Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables
  • Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Demonstrated experience in leading, influencing, and inspiring cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • A proven track record for complex product initiatives
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
  • Ability to facilitate design sessions
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
