Brand Manager Assistent - Beauty

Role Overview:
The objective of the role is to provide support to the brands within the portfolio and contribute to their development by carrying out daily marketing-related tasks, tracking and monitoring requested data, coordinating with the sales & marketing team, and performing other tasks assigned by the Brand Manager and the Marketing Team Leader.

About the role

·        Data centralization, analyses, and PowerPoint presentations;

·        Completion of logistics forms according to retailer requirements;

·        Completion of logistics forms according to internal requirements;

·        Support for online listings;

·        Support with product listings on retailer platforms;

·        Preparation of specific marketing reports requested by the department manager;

·        Reports on the results of implemented projects;

·        Participation in activities related to marketing projects and involvement in market research;

·        Contribution to the production of promotional and printed materials, marketing materials;

·        Maintaining collaboration with team members to ensure the necessary support;

·        Involvement in the development of promotional campaigns when needed;

·        Providing assistance with event logistics;

·        Assisting in the editing of marketing materials, including articles, presentations, etc.;

·        Support activities for the Sales & Marketing team;

·        Consolidation of competitor activities and E-commerce pricing;

·        Support for the Marketing Team Leader and Division Manager;

·        Market visits at least twice a month;

·        Participation in meetings with retailer teams;

·        Participation in presentations/workshops organized by suppliers.
