Duties: Hire, retain and lead high-functioning, diverse group of engineering professionals, establishing clear objectives and key results, developing consistent set of practices and process across the team and driving towards resolution of challenging problems. This includes all performance management aspects of leading the engineers including acquiring and providing 360 feedback and administering reviews. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following skillset: Design and programming technologies including Java, JavaScript, or SQL; Utilizing technologies including Shell Scripting, Python, SQL, Amazon Web Services, OpenShift, or Google Cloud; Testing and building, deploying concepts including TDD and BDD using Cucumber, Gradle/Maven, or SonarQube; CI/CD Pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Chef, Ansible, or Nexus; Object-oriented programming; Designing high availability and scalability code, as well as performance monitoring using APM tools including AppDynamics; Relational databases including Oracle; Developing and maintaining backend systems including Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres; Utilizing and developing financial core processing technologies including Finacle.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $168,002 to $175,600. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.  Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
