About the Role:

The Team:

The US Client Services team is a high energy, collaborative and client focused team.  The team is dedicated to supporting our new and existing customers to ensure they receive the maximum benefit of their OSTTRA services. With a goal to drive and follow the global approach, optimize processes and reduce our operational risk


Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Proactively monitor all open support cases across the team and provide guidance to the team on all BAU activities.

  • Perform extensive analysis of complex customer queries and discuss with the client as well as internal team members.

  • Quickly develop a deep understanding of new products and services as they hit the market and ensure that the appropriate processes and procedures are in place.

  • Focus on cross training within the Client support team to ensure resources can flex based on demand

  • Drive process improvement and standardization.

  • Day to day management responsibility for the individuals within the region who are part of their direct team

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is

$105,000 to $115,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 Years Experience in Financial technology services and/or banking

  • Excellent communications skills and experience dealing with clients at various levels.  Knowledge of trade life cycles with middle and back office experience

  • Experience working with OSTTRA services (MarkitWire, OSTTRA Trade Manager, TradeServ)

  • A proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders, often at the senior leadership level, both internally and client facing

  • Ability to work under pressure to resolve client issues including those which are novel to the team

  • Ability to work flexible hours / shifts.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to follow through on issues from beginning to end. 

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science preferred

  • Hands on technical experience utilizing database tools and an understanding of common transport protocols including MQ, Email, FTP and SFTP. 

  • Experience working in Windows, Unix, and Linux environments and proficiency using MS Office suite.
