AI Solutions Engineer - Leasing Advisory

We are looking for a specialist to lead the integration of Generative AI—specifically Claude and related tools—into our daily brokerage, platform and operations. The right person will be designing, building and iterating on AI solutions directly.  This role is a bridge- you must be able to build and write the prompts/assistants/tools yourself and then teach a non-technical team how to use them. 

Key responsibilities

• Architecture and Systems Assessment: Audit existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and design end-to-end AI-enhanced workflows across leasing advisory, sales enablement, research, marketing, operations and finance to identify high-impact areas for AI integration.
• Technical solution design and implementation: Build specialized "AI Employees" using Claude Skills or Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect Claude to our internal tools and data sources (Teams, Hubspot, etc.). 
• Testing, Iteration, and scaling of AI solutions: Establish KPIs to measure the impact of AI adoption on speed and quality of output, evaluation/quality control and adjusting prompts and tools as models evolve

• Partnership with business teams: Aligning with business teams to gather requirements and drive adoption at every point of our business.

Requirements

• Hands-on AI Proficiency: Deep expertise in the Anthropic Claude ecosystem, with demonstrated experience building and implementing LLM-based solutions, integrations, assistants and workflows in real business settings
• Technical Integration Skills: Experience using low-code tools like Zapier or Make.com to connect LLMs to existing business applications. Experience with APIs, enterprise systems and data integrations.
• Instructional Design: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and training materials for diverse audiences.
• Outcome-Oriented: A portfolio of real-world "AI Builds" (e.g., a custom researcher bot or automated reporting pipeline) that solved a specific business problem.
• Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.

• Clear understanding of how AI can improve real business processes — especially in sales and client delivery.

Estimated compensation for this position:

150,000.00 – 190,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
