HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Perform data entry and records updates in HOM SN
- Contribute to project success by influencing individuals on and outside of your team
- Collect information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports
- Produces reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Determines business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs
- Provide data analytics and key insights
- Collect detailed project requirements; anticipate technical needs; collaborate with developers to create future state automated workflows
- Highlight and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 1+ years of relevant experience
- Required to take initiative to develop, run, and present project reports
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.
- Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders
- Demonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
