Hourly compensation starts at $20.40 per hour. Monday through Friday, 7 AM scheduled start.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers by answering incoming calls in the phone system
• Entering Service Incident orders into Friedman system
• Mailing miscellaneous parts to customers
• Perform clerical duties as needed
• Assist Schedulers in making calls to confirm appointments as needed
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Adheres to health, fire, and safety regulations; identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the Safety Manager.
• Always upholds Anlin’s Commitment to Excellence standards

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and phone operation is required
• Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with those contacted in the course of work, both in written and oral form
• Ability to operate a computer terminal, including familiarity with Internet navigation, Windows Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to touch type at the rate of approximately 30 words per minute accurately
• Ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass a pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma

Desired:

• Minimum one year of experience in data entry or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or related fields
