Compensation:✨ $15/hr base pay✨ Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships✨ Tips opportunities✨ Average earnings of $16+/hr with commission included

What You’ll Do:💛 Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression💛 Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out💛 Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools💛 Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience💛 Support the team in achieving salon goals

What We’re Looking For:✔ Friendly, outgoing personality✔ Strong customer service & communication skills✔ Confidence with sales and recommending services/products✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment✔ Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred

Shift Openings:Tuesday–Friday: 7AM–3PM or 2 PM - 7PM Saturday: 8AM–4PM or 11AM–7PMSunday: 9AM–4PM
