What You Will Do:
Services Management is a significant strategic initiative which will require strong leadership and collaboration across all verticals and functional areas of Guidehouse. For the Service Management Senior Associate to be successful, the candidate must be able to collaborate with other stakeholders (including executives), be proactive, have experience in client service and/or sales, strong writing and communications skills, and the ability to lead a task or team.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Content Management - This position will support oversight and monitoring to ensure current, on-brand content is available in all the right places, including marketing vaults, Proposal Hub, Communities of Practice, L&D Learning pathways, Guidehouse.com, the hub, and many other channels.

  • Service Innovation and Differentiation - This position would work closely with Service Guides and Service Communities of Practice, including interfacing with customers where appropriate, to enhance and evolve our Solutions.

  • Service Guide Engagement – This position will help capture best practices and collaborate across Service teams to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Solution Development Framework Evolution - This position will support the continual refinement of the Solution Development Framework and be able to offer hands-on support to Solution Leaders to mature their Solutions. 

  • Marketing and Sales Collaboration – This position will collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to integrate Services into marketing campaigns and externally facing content.

  • Governance Committee Engagement – this position will support the Service Management Director along with the Client Experience Partner to draft the agendas and decks and to effectively optimize this time investment of our most senior leaders.

  • Communities of Practice program support – this position will provide support to all Communities across Guidehouse at the program level (e.g., monitoring CoP list changes requiring approval, providing suggested improvements and guidance to CoPs, supporting program initiatives, etc.).

  • Change Leadership – This position will support change as it relates to all responsibilities listed above.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Client Services, Sales or related areas.

  • 2+ years of experience with team communications, program management, leading tasks and collaborating with executives to support initiatives.

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Experience in anticipating challenges and resolving issues.

  • Ability to work with high level goals/direction.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in client service (3+ years).

  • Survey experience and/or experience gathering and managing feedback.

  • Certification in Program or Change Management.

  • Experience participating in a Community of Practice

The annual salary range for this position is $75,800.00-$113,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
