About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager/Delivery Lead from LATAM to manage project execution across Nonprofit, Service, and Sales Cloud implementations for a U.S.-based nonprofit client.
This position will ensure timely delivery, clear communication between stakeholders, and effective coordination of technical and functional teams. The role requires strong experience with Salesforce project delivery in nonprofit settings, as well as excellent command of JIRA and Agile delivery frameworks.
Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects (NPC, Service, and Sales Cloud).
Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and team performance using JIRA.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects.
Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership and partners.
Qualifications
3–5 years of Salesforce project management experience, preferably in nonprofit environments.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud (NPC).
Proven expertise in JIRA project management and Agile methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work full-time during EST hours.
Salesforce PM or Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are a plus.
