Senior Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce

You will make an impact by…

• Leading efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and implementing technology solution options. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes.
• Leading, identifying, designing, and implementing information systems to meet business process requirements.
• Assessing business needs of assigned functional area. Determining which business processes to re-engineer or automate. Developing and proposing technology solution options.
• Leading and managing enhancements for small to medium sized efforts.
• Configuring and testing systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.
• Developing functional specifications for system features and reports.
• Documenting technical designs utilized to implement features and reports.
• Provide mentorship to junior level Business System Analysts.

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field + 6 years of related experience -or-
• Master's Degree in computer science or related field + 4 years of related experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator
• Experience configuring Salesforce.com platform
• Experience documenting requirements and articulating business analytical artifacts
• Jira experience
• Experience in using UML/BPMN, analyzing and documenting all key business analysis artifacts
• Visio or Enterprise Architect experience
• Experience working in a global, Agile environment
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication skills, project management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation. Ability to map, troubleshoot, and optimize interfaces with multiple systems.
• Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation
• Experience with Good Manufacturing/Good Documentation Practices (GxP) processes

For California, the base pay range for this position is $101,000 to $142,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
