About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic Senior IT Manager to lead digital transformation across the Cardiology division, with primary focus areas in Data & Analytics and AI, and additional responsibility for Marketing and Service enablement.
This role defines and executes the Cardiology digital roadmap—bridging business strategy with technology delivery. You’ll drive enterprise-aligned initiatives that advance commercial insights, automation, and AI adoption, while enabling scalable data capabilities and modern analytics platforms.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning & Roadmaps
- Develop and maintain the Cardiology IT roadmap aligned to divisional priorities.
- Translate commercial strategies into actionable data and AI strategies & initiatives.
- Partner with enterprise data and AI teams to ensure alignment and leverage shared capabilities.
- Manage all aspects of Financial Management Strat/AOP financials.
- Partner with business leaders to align digital investments with strategic goals.
- Collaborate across IT and business units to scale analytics, data, and AI solutions.
- Program Leadership
- Lead strategic programs such as Forge (Advanced Analytics) and PACE (Pricing & Contracting Evolution).
- Secure funding, govern execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee the Cardiology AI and Analytics portfolio—intake, prioritization, and ROI tracking.
- Govern AI use cases across commercial, clinical, and service domains.
- Implement governance and performance tracking for digital initiatives.
- Product & Delivery Oversight
- Own the lifecycle of digital and data products from concept to sustainment.
- Standardize delivery frameworks for analytics, data, and AI solutions.
- Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, legal, and compliance teams to ensure reliability and safety.
- Drive adoption and change management for AI-enabled capabilities.
- Measure program impact through KPIs, ROI, and value delivery metrics
- Team Leadership
- Manage Product Managers, Tech Leads, Analysts and offshore delivery resources.
- Design strategic organizational structure to meet business needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT leadership, data strategy, or AI enablement.
- Proven success leading large-scale digital programs and cross-functional teams.
- Technical fluency in analytics, data architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience driving AI adoption and responsible governance in regulated industries.
Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:
- Background in medtech, pharma, or healthcare.
