Criminal Defense Attorney – Remote (CA-Licensed & CA-Based)

We are seeking a Remote Criminal Defense Attorney to join our premier law firm. This role offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to gain valuable experience in an established firm. We are open to Northern & Southern California attorneys (e.g., San Jose, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County, Irvine) for a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases
• Attend pretrial hearings, negotiate with DAs, and provide strategic legal advice
• Draft motions, conduct legal research, and interview witnesses
• Manage your own caseload and maintain client communication
• Prepare clients for depositions and trial
• Collaborate with the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and legal support staff

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state and local level
• Comfortable with court appearances and case management
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Passionate about criminal law and fighting for clients

Salary Expectations: $90,000.00-$120,000.00
