Position Summary
As Architectural Project Staff you will have the opportunity to contribute on all phases of the design process; Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. Our goal is to help Architects become successful Project Managers that can assist clients with making their project goals into reality. Project Architectural Staff will report to Project Manager, Project Architect or Project Principal.
RequirementsEssential Functions:
- Coordinate with Project Principal, Project Manager, Project Architect and Design Lead to produce a complete set of Architectural Construction Documents.
- Contribute with creation of renderings, animations and other schematic drawings to help communicate with the client the vision of the project.
- ?Assist with coordination of consultant information into Architectural drawings.?
- Prepare draft reports and deliverables based on verbal and written input from others
- Participate in continuing education seminars, conventions & organizations relevant to Architecture to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and techniques.
- Conduct building code research and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure project goals are met on time

Required Advanced Skill:
- Focus on achievement of Architectural license and registration.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- NAAB-accredited Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Portfolio of work/ Work samples submitted with application or at interview.
- Working knowledge of Revit, Adobe Software, Lumion, Enscape and other office software essential for design renderings and videos and production of Construction Documents.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
- 0-5 years of increasingly responsible experience
- Good team building, problem solving, communication, coordination and organizational skills.
- Open minded and willingness to learn.
The salary this website provides for this position may or may not be aligned with the salary that WRA Architects pays for this position. The salary WRA will offer will commensurate with experience.
