Production Clerk (Full-time) - Evening Shift

This position is for 2nd shift; Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30pm.

 

As a Production Clerk, you will support the department by tracking production, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth operations. You will utilize digital tools, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and keep processes organized. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform clerical tasks to support departmental operations 

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and productivity reports 

• Assist with documentation and reporting to meet SOP and GMP standards 

• Support departmental goals and special assignments as needed 

• Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and company policies 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• High school diploma or GED (preferred) 

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred) 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout the shift 

• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens 

• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs 

• Fluent in English, with the ability to understand and follow instructions 

 

SKILLS: 

• Proficient in using computers, tablets, and basic digital tools including Microsoft suite products

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills; able to identify trends and recommend actions 

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.15-$22.77. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
