Investing Product Operations is a highly skilled team that operates at the intersection of Product and Operations, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and efficiently managing investing operations. The team is composed of professionals with diverse expertise, ranging from business analysis over product and project management to investing operations.

 

The team stands out due to its deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, ensuring that our investment platform is continuously evolving to meet user expectations. It leverages analytical skills to uncover valuable insights, driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing operational processes.

 

It offers strategic guidance, providing valuable perspectives to align our goals with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, while ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, coordinating resources and timelines cross-functionally to deliver impactful outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Build and run a product operations team responsible for tax and regulatory reporting
• Source and manage a team of experienced product operations specialists
• Manage and execute your own projects, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
• Manage the launch of new tax and regulatory products across our European markets
• Own all aspects of tax and regulatory reporting operations, ranging from the generation of all customer-facing reports to regulatory authority reporting
• Leverage your data and analytics skills to generate valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making
• Conduct thorough business analysis, market research, and customer research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvement
• Contribute to a positive team culture, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a customer-centric mindset
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate user insights into product enhancements and optimize tax and reg operations
• Contribute to the strategic planning and goal alignment process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Professional with minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant professional experience. Strong background in ops, product management, strategy or similar
• Skilled in gathering and analysing data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement in product operations
• Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools and analytics platforms to create insightful reports and presentations for key stakeholders
• Expertise in working closely with cross-functional teams, including tax and regulatory subject matter experts, product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose innovative solutions to address operational challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks, enabling efficient delivery and iterative improvement processes
• Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends (in this regards esp. Investing & Wealth), emerging technologies, and best practices in product operations and analytics
