Your Role: The Heart of Our Mission
Our Caregivers are the keystone of our business. You are the warm, friendly face that brings comfort, dignity, and joy to our clients, helping them maintain their independence every day. You don't just perform tasks; you build meaningful relationships and become a trusted companion.
In this role, you will provide a wide range of services, from companion care to personal care, including:
- Building genuine connections through conversation and companionship.
- Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Providing respectful personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care including changing adult diapers.
- Following individual care plans with a proactive and attentive approach.

Compensation & Growth:
- Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.25 per hour (determined by a skills test)
- Overtime Opportunities: Overtime often available paying up to $28.87 per hour!
