Overnight Concierge (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is NOW HIRING booth Concierge to work in a luxury residential community. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We currently have a full time opening in Hallandale Florida .

This is a booth position and the responsibilities will be but not limited to

• Greeting Residents
• Managing parking lot
• Collecting fees
• screening contractors and food deliveries
• closing amenities when requested

Schedule: Thursday to Monday 11pm - 7am. Tuesday & Wednesday OFF

Pay: $13.00/per hour

Requirements

• Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience (1 year)
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
• Must pass comprehensive background checks
• Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
