What you’ll be doing:
EisnerAmper is seeking a Summer Intern to join our in-house legal team. The successful candidate will gain experience with:
Assisting in drafting, negotiating and reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, master services agreements and other commercial contracts.
Support internal legal teams in workstreams related to multiple M&A transactions.
Assisting internal legal teams in responding to third party subpoenas.
Supporting internal legal team on special projects, including document retention programs, template updates and records management.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Have the availability to work in a hybrid setting 32 hrs/wk, Mon – Thurs, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Live in commutable distance to your assigned office
Work a minimum of 3 business days per week in-person at your assigned office
Ability to complete the entire 8-week Summer Internship Program: June 9, 2025 – July 31, 2025
Basic Qualifications:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law, Business or related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Final Graduation of December 2025 through September 2026
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
Strong MS Excel and MS Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team
Great communication, leadership, and analytical skills
