About the role

As a Senior Sales Insights Analyst, you'll use data to drive sales growth and improve operations. You'll work closely with sales and operations teams to analyze sales trends, build forecasts, and create insightful reports. Your work will help us make more inquisitive decisions, improve sales processes, and reach our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze sales data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement sales forecasting models and methodologies to accurately predict sales performance.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support strategic sales initiatives.
• Build detailed reports and presentations to effectively convey findings and recommendations to important individuals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to improve the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and strategies to consistently improve sales effectiveness.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $108,600.00 - $173,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• Previous experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in effectively contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Sales Data Expert: You are an experienced professional with extensive experience in sales data analysis and strategy development.
• Leadership in Sales Analytics: You exhibit strong leadership qualities in sales analytics, guiding teams and collaborators toward data-driven decisions and strategic sales initiatives.
• Strategic Sales Innovator: You possess a strategic approach and can demonstrate data insights to drive sales growth and enhance business performance.
• Mentor and Advisor: You serve as a mentor to junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop their growth in the field of sales insights.
• Continuous Innovator: You are committed to innovation in sales analytics, exploring new technologies, and improving sales strategies and outcomes.
• ETL, SFDC, Python, and Tableau advanced knowledge
