Health and Human Services Business Analyst

The Health and Human Services Business Analyst (BA) will work directly with the client’s operations staff to assist with ongoing support of various initiatives. This includes but is not limited to meeting attendance, capturing meeting minutes, updating initiative artifacts, coordinating and scheduling meetings and develop PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows. This BA will be a valued member of the client’s Business Services Support team. The BA will work collaboratively with the client and other vendors on the client’s projects and initiatives. The BA will provide valuable business analysis services through consultation with the client. The BA will integrate seamlessly with the client team to ensure that business needs are met.
The BA will assist the team by taking an organized and detailed approach to supporting important multiple initiatives. The NTT DATA staff will perform the follow responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the client(s) team to provide project coordination support, including tracking and risk and issue management.
- Support the development of business process documentation and process improvement identification and operational support.
- Participate in problem analysis and resolution support.
- Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes and organize them in SharePoint repository.
- Provide support in the development of dashboards and other analytical reporting.
- Act as an Interagency liaison, as requested.
- Support Member Services Member communication team with daily notice review, researching notice issues, review of data fixes and notice User Acceptance Testing
- Develop and execute Eligibility Business Operations Test Cases as part of the User Acceptance phase for each system release.
- Provide Health and Human Services business and industry support
- Provide any other professional services as directed by the client(s).
- Employees are expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years’ experience in the health and human services industry
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience developing Visio process flows
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience documenting and tracking project risks and issues
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience conducting meetings, capturing meeting minutes and developing status reports
- Minimum of 1 year of testing experience testing
- A minimum 1 years’ experience interacting with vendors and third parties effectively to meet commitments and milestones
- Must be able to travel to Nashville, Tennessee occasionally, if requested by the client
