We’re currently seeking Client Care Managers (Careleads) who are passionate about caregiving, thrive in leadership, and are ready to help shape and grow our care team. Our Careleads are the backbone of quality service delivery. You’ll be a leader in the field, supporting clients, mentoring caregivers, and ensuring care is always delivered with compassion and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care coverage when shifts are open
• Conduct hands-on training and onboarding with new caregivers
• Perform client intakes, care plan walkthroughs, and quality assurance visits
• Lead supervisory visits to ensure service excellence
• Serve as a dependable field leader and liaison with the office team

Minimum Requirements:
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Available to work 8-hour days
• Willing to work at least 1–2 weekends per month
• 1+ year of caregiving or CNA experience
• Comfortable with TRAVEL and leading in-field operations
