Position Title: Data Program Director (REMOTE) - Minneapolis, MN 

Salary: $83,000-$88,000

Other forms of compensation: yearly bonus

This position is responsible for the overall development, onboarding, processing, analyzing, and document enhancements for our custom-built reporting process called VMS.  The Data Program Director will develop and manage the overall vendor/client onboarding processes and the analysis of data and vendor communications. The Director will review and refine processes for efficiencies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and technical improvements. This work will utilize systemic thinking, obtaining solution approval, develop test plans and then work closely with the developers, operators, and internal team members to see the project through to completion. 

 

 

Job Summary

Responsibilities: 

• Work directly with leadership, business, technology, third-party technology vendors, developers, and user community to identify business needs to manage, coordinate, and drive to completion.
• Build strong working relationships, influence stakeholders, and partner with others to determine solutions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple deliverables in a tight deadline-driven environment.
• Designs, tests, and documents enhancements for VMS.
• Establishes processes and validates process compliance.
• Sets expectations on the timing of delivery for new projects and roll outs.
• Works with Intellisight team and reporting team to display and/or provide VMS data.
• Participates in the strategic direction of all Canteen One applications, especially VMS data.
• Direct supervisor to VMS Data Management Associates.

 

Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP and analytical/report writing software.
• A bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) 
• 3-5 years of business/analytical work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Project Management experience is required.
• Experience with data extraction reports.
• Successfully work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with JD Edwards and Business Objects is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with needs analysis, design, development, and delivery of training materials.
