Senior Financial Controller

This pivotal role offers the chance to steer financial strategies, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth within our expanding operations.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>Supporting the Director Corporate Finance to further develop and roll out financial controlling standards and processes.</p> <p>Typical job duties:</p> <ul> <li>Financial performances review and reporting to top management</li> <li>Propose and implement improvements to the management reporting processes &amp; data analytics</li> <li>Coordination, leadership and support to the finance key-user group on the Budget/Strategic Planning process</li> <li>Become subject matter expert of the planning system (Adaptive)</li> <li>Development of dashboards for management</li> <li>Perform ad hoc analysis for the CEO/CFO/CTO</li> <li>Represent Corporate Finance in cross-functions projects</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>Must haves:</p> <ul> <li>7 to 10 years of professional experience in finance, accounting &amp; controlling, </li> <li>High IT affinities with a broad experience in financial systems </li> <li>Accounting deep knowledge (IFRS)</li> <li>Excel expertise including database creation</li> <li>High level of process orientation</li> <li>Proactive, open minded, assertive and mature personality</li> <li>Self-learner able to work independently with a strong analytical mindset </li> <li>Excellent English language skills</li> </ul> <p>Would be a plus:</p> <ul> <li>SAP FICO, Hyperion, Adaptive, Power BI systems knowledge a significant plus</li> <li>Good MS Office overall knowledge</li> <li>Experience with standard costing</li> <li>Experience in project cost management</li> <li>Big four audit experience</li> <li>Good teaching and communication skills</li> </ul> <h2>Application / Contact</h2> <p>If this sounds interesting and likely the right challenge for you, we look forward to receiving your application!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please register your CV/resume and cover letter.</p> <p>Within your application, please inform us regarding your notice period and salary expectations.</p> <p> </p> <p>The applications will be handled on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline date.</p>
